So the technical design of this is confusing, the top you tie into a bow & I assumed the bottom part came as a skirt, but it actually is split in half and you have to tie that as well. You can tie us around the back but it looks very reserved. I tied mine (sort of scrunching it) in the front and used a safety pin so it would fly open and got tons of complements!
