The quality of the shirt is pretty average due to the loose threads and the thin buttons near the closing area of the blouse. Although, it gives a really classy and vintage look which I adore. The ruffles can be a bit flat, but they are still very cute. I haven't seen this type of design ever so it looks like a great statement piece. Would 100% recommend!
