TRENDING NOW: ONE-PIECE SWIMSUITS

Summer. Definitely my favorite season of them all. Why is that? Well I have plenty of reasons: good, warm weather, sunny days, blue sky, lemonade, yummy fruits, beautiful flowers, long evenings, amazing sunsets, barbeques, pool time, rooftop parties, my birthday, vacations at the seaside, sipping cocktails under a palm tree and the list may continue. Instagram and other social media platforms are already full of summerish photos and even though each season is beautiful in its own way and we have to find beauty in everything and everywhere, I do believe that summer feeds are the best!

Colorful and sending good vibes only, right?! Our summer vacation is already planned and even though it will be in July, I already start creating my outfits. This year I will still hold on to beautiful, flowy dresses, colorful skirts, comfortable yet chic jumpsuits, but unlike the last years, I feel that when it comes to bathing suits and beach wear, I will definitely choose more one-piece swimsuits than the years before. Because in case you didn’t know, one of the 2018 biggest trend is the fashion one piece swimwear.

When I was younger I used to consider bathing suits more appropriate for the pool than for the beach, but now I find them perfect for both situations. Not to mention that along with time I got to love them, probably more than the two-piece ones and last summer I started investing in such pieces and this year I completely adore them. I already have about four, but I don’t think I will stop here, as I find one-piece swimsuits to be very classy and chic, they are comfortable, they come in a multitude of prints, patterns and colors, they can be slightly mysterious and of course, they make your Insta-feed look amazing! To be honest, only one swimsuit of the total of four that I have has a pattern and more colors, the others are plain, therefore I definitely think in buying some more printed ones this year.

A one-piece swimsuit will always be that beach attire which will emphasize your body, but will also come in handy when we need to hide some of our flaws. It will boost your confidence, it might make you feel sexy, yet mysterious, not to mention that it can be worn in so many situations: on the beach, at the pool, even during the night and in the right combination at a (pool) party, on a daily basis during your vacation you can wear it as a top and the list may continue. The swimsuits I chose above are one of my favorites and they are definitely something I would wear during my upcoming vacation.

As I said before, I would love to have some more printed swimsuits and all of the prints above are very IN at the moment. Stripes are never getting out of style, and the vertical ones elongate your body and make you look slimmer. The gingham print is very retro and together with the right pair of sunnies and a beautiful straw hat, you can definitely make a statement! The palm printed swimsuit is perfect for summer and for the beach, it is fresh, it has a beautiful design and it is very “instagrammable”, trust me!

On the other hand, if you prefer plain, one color swimsuits these are also very trendy and according to their design, they can also be very sexy. I would love to have them all! Which swimsuits do you prefer? Printed on plain? One-piece or two-piece swimsuits?
